The Heart of the Dreaming is one of the best (they're kind of tied) Sandman related sites out there that I've seen -- if you love Neil Gaiman's work, then you simply have to visit the Dreaming, run by the Ingram family.
A page of dreams is mainly a list site, where the author lists all references that he had found to one of the following: 'dream,' 'dreams,' 'dreaming,' 'nightmare,' or 'sandman.' The author of the page describes it as a thematic experiment, a snapshot of the www's dreams or dreamings.
A distant skerry of the Dreaming doesn't have much, but has a wonderful quiz to test your Sandman knowledge!!!
The Sandman Annotations is well designed and structured so that you could view the annotations as compiled by Ralf Hildebrandt, a must for the dedicated Sandman afficionado.
